We are committed to creating design solutions for you and your lifestyle. We offer a 3 phase program; design consultation, construction phase and decor.

3 PHASE DESIGN PROGRAM

Design Consultation
In this phase we kick off with a consultation that will allow us to connect and we can gather your thoughts onto paper. We will discuss design, budget, start and end dates. You will receive a design package with detailed dimensioned floor plans, electrical plans, lighting plans, 3D drawings, elevations, cabinetry and millwork design, as well as an overview of finishes selections.

Construction Phase
In this phase once we receive the yes from you we then share our design with our contractors in which they provide us quotes. If the quotes come back outside your budget we then have go back to our design consultation and make alternative moves. If the quotes are within the budget we then confirm finishes for construction, place orders of finishes and furnishings. Oversee the design during construction phase to ensure our design is being executed as promised

Decorate & Fine Tuning
In this phase we focus on the fine tuning of things. Making sure ​finishing touches are met to your standards. Brooke Robertson Designs will provide furnishing suggestions from custom furniture, rugs and art, to window treatments and all accessories. In this phase we bring your space to life with furnishings, accents, art and decor.
